  They were great to deal with. Made everything so easy and they seemed to really care. I know this sounds like a five star review and it probably should be since they waited a year dealing with the insurance company since they were being difficult but here it is again should be five starts but there was a typo on there document of where my son was buried so his headstone was placed in the wrong spot and they are refusing to do anything about it. You know when you spend $11000 on a funeral for anyone let alone your child and than add $3500 for the headstone you would want it placed at the right gave site and if it wasn't take a little ownership and do the right thing but not them. I wonder what else they could refuse to do and add insult to injury
